1. A 50% deposit is required before any work begins.
2. Remaining 50% is due upon completion before final delivery.
3. You must describe your request in detail to avoid misunderstandings.
4. No refunds once work has started.
5. Artists retain rights to display the work unless otherwise agreed.
6. The process (Time and Price)  varies depending on the complexity of the commission e.g. techniques, details, size etc.

7. Please note: While the artist will closely follow the reference image, the final artwork will reflect his unique artistic style and expression. His work leans toward a stylized and expressive approach with approximately 70–85% likeness, rather than hyper-realism. His focus is on capturing the essence, mood, and character of the subject—not creating a photographic replica. If you’re looking for exact carbon copies, his style may not be the right fit.

​9. Artist has the right to refuse commission work for the following reasons:
   •    uncomfortable with the subject (e.g. violence, nudity, political content).
   •    Ethical or moral concerns, such as work that contradicts artist values or beliefs.
   •    Creative limitations, if the request doesn’t align with the artist style or artistic vision.
   •    Time constraints or scheduling conflicts.
   •    Budget disagreements, if the client’s offer that doesn’t meet the artist’s rates.
