All physical artworks sold by Arbab Arts are original creations and remain the intellectual property of the artist. By purchasing artwork, you gain ownership of the physical piece only — not the right to reproduce, copy, or resell it in any form. Commercial use or reproduction is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Custom Commissions
A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
Limited revisions are included and agreed upon in advance.
Final payment must be made before the artwork is shipped.
Arbab Arts reserves the right to decline any commission request that does not align with our creative standards.
