Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping within Canada is free. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of $40 CAD applies.

Yes, I can combine multiple people into a single portrait, even if they are from different reference photos. Just make sure each photo is clear and well-lit, and I’ll work to create a cohesive and natural-looking composition.

Yes, a deposit is required as part of our commission policy. A 50% upfront payment is needed to confirm your order and reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork, before delivery or shipping.

Completion typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the size and level of detail in the portrait. More intricate or personalized requests may require additional time, but Arbab Arts will always keep you updated throughout the process.

Frames are not included with the artwork. Arbab Arts provides only the unframed, original artwork to give clients the freedom to choose a frame that best suits their space and style.

Please send a clear, high-quality photo — ideally taken in natural lighting and without heavy filters. The image should be well-lit, in focus, and show the subject’s face clearly. This makes it much easier for the artist to capture accurate details and expression.

Accepted file formats include JPG, PNG, or PDF. The better the reference, the better the final portrait will reflect your vision.
